Free access to Jointly for Southampton’s unpaid carers
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board has partnered with Carers UK to offer free access to Jointly for carers in Southampton. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and most modern web browsers, including home computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. With Jointly, caring for someone becomes less stressful, more organised, and more manageable, empowering carers to provide the best possible care for their loved ones.
