The Saints Foundation community walks for over 60s in the community of Southampton.
As of Tuesday 18th May the Saints Foundation will be bringing back the community walks under the new name of Senior Saints Strolls, every morning Tuesday-Friday. During these sessions the staff members will also be introducing some resistance strength exercises with bands too (so please take along resistance bands/ tights/ scarfs in order to take part). Also sessions will comply with covid regulations, with 2 staff members at every session.

Please note that these walks are offered at a first come first serve basis and you must book on with The Saints Foundation prior to attending.
